Complaint Resolution Procedure
The Charbray Society of Australia Management Council has adopted a complaint resolution procedure that provides guidance to resolve any concerns raised by Members of the Charbray Society of Australia Ltd. The Society imposes no cost on the process of lodging a complaint. However, if an external agency is engaged, the Society may choose to charge the complainant a fee for this service.
